Increased productivity with their achievement-based recognition program.

The Radiology team at Staten Island University Hospital searched for a way to improve efficiency rates within one of their department initiatives. With the help of Michael C. Fina, they developed the GEM program, an achievement-based recognition system that upon implementation, immediately boosted their numbers as well as employee morale.
